We estimated and measured the circumference of our pumpkin. We made a chart, but I forgot to snap a pic!
A little too short!
Next we estimated the weight of our pumpkin. But first we lifted things that were about 1 lb., 3 lbs., 5lbs., and 10 lbs., to get an idea of how those weights felt.

We cleaned out pumpkins to count seeds.
We counted by 2s
We counted by 5s.
And by 10s!
We read this book, then worked in teams to create a story map.
Each team added their contribution to the story map.
They did an awesome job!
