I loved seeing all of my Firsties dressed in their costumes and excited
to share about their characters. We started the day with character
interviews. Students paired up to interview and learn about each other's
characters. Next, each student had to introduce his/her partner to the
class, then tell us about that character. They all did a terrific job!
Later on, students drew a picture of their character and then everyone
got a laptop to create a word cloud, or Wordle, about their character.
